To restore land, empower people, and preserve legacy through sustainable innovation, emergency preparedness, education, and community resilience.
The bluebonnet blooms where the soil has been tested — rising again after drought, fire, and time. It teaches us that resilience is not about avoiding hardship, but growing stronger through it.
At Bluebonnet Resilience Park, the flower is our symbol and our promise:
to power people with purpose, to restore the land that raised us, and to preserve the legacies that run deep beneath our roots.
Like the bluebonnet, we stand in the sun — grounded, vibrant, and unbreakable.
Resha “Shae” Garner is an electrician, educator, and visionary with a mission to power people and restore the land that raised her. As the founder of Bluebonnet Resilience Park, she blends her background in electrical work, solar energy, and community training to create sustainable change where it matters most — at the roots.
After years of working in the trades and witnessing the gaps in access, readiness, and opportunity, Shae set out to build something lasting: a space that teaches self-reliance, honors legacy, and connects people back to the earth and to each other.
From hands-on solar education to emergency preparedness workshops, her work turns knowledge into empowerment — lighting the path for a new generation of builders, dreamers, and changemakers.
At her core, Shae believes that resilience is built, not bought — and that every community has the power to rise, restore, and rebuild.
